智慧工地在建设工程项目中的应用

随着建筑领域的深入发展,智慧工地已经运用于建设工程项目中,它给整个社会带来了巨大的综合效益。但是以智慧工地在建设工程项目中的应用现状来看,目前大多数企业对智慧工地的应用尚处于探索阶段。本文通过工程实际案例为依托,重点从安全管理、质量管理、生产管理三个方面对智慧工地的应用进行了阐述介绍,使得建设工程项目整体管理水平得到了提高,增强了项目过程管控能力,提高了项目精细化管理水平,实现了效益最大化。

With the in-depth development of the construction field,the smart site has been applied to the construction project,which has brought huge comprehensive benefits to the whole society.However,judging from the application status of smart site in construction projects,the application of smart site in most enterprises is still in the exploration stage.Based on actual engineering cases,this paper expounds and introduces the application of smart site from three aspects:safety management,qualitymanagement and production management,which improves the overall management level of construction projects,enhances the ability of project process control,improves the level of project fine management,and realizes the maximum benefit.
