BIM技术在装配式建筑施工流程中的应用

摘要 装配式建筑的核心体现在对控制结构精度、节能减排、数字化的“集成”上,在施工管理中,引入BIM、“互联网+”、移动客户端、智慧工地云平台等新信息技术,迎合建筑业转型,将施工各环、全过程串联,以信息化协同设计、可视化装配、工程量信息交互和节点连接等全新方式,整合建筑全产业链,实现施工全过程、全方位的信息化集成。 The core of prefabricated buildings is embodied in the"integration"of control structure accuracy,energy-saving and emission reduction,and digitalization.In the construction management,new information technologies such as BIM,"Internet plus",mobile client,and smart site cloud platform are introduced to cater to the transformation of the construction industry.All links and the whole process of construction are connected in series,and the whole industrial chain of construction is integrated in new ways such as information-based collaborative design,visual assembly,engineering quantity information interaction,and node connection,so as to realize the information-based integration of the whole construction process and all directions.
