随着科技的快速发展,智慧工地系统作为一种新兴的技术工具,在建筑工程管理中扮演着重要的角色。本论文旨在探讨智慧工地系统在建筑工程管理中的应用,并分析其对项目效率、安全性和可持续性的影响。首先,介绍智慧工地系统的基本概念和关键技术,然后阐述其在建筑工程管理中的具体应用,包括工程进度控制、资源管理、质量检查和安全监控等方面。接着,比较传统的建筑工程管理方法和智慧工地系统的差异,并评估智慧工地系统在提高项目效率、减少事故风险和优化资源利用方面的优势。最后,针对智慧工地系统的应用进行潜在挑战和未来发展趋势的讨论,以及对于工地管理者和相关利益相关者的建议。
With the rapid development of technology,the smart construction site system,as an emerging technological tool,plays an important role in construction project management.This paper aims to explore the application of smart construction site systems in construction project management and analyze their impact on project efficiency,safety,and sustainability.Firstly,introduce the basic concepts and key technologies of smart construction site systems,and then elaborate on their specific applications in construction project management,including project progress control,resource management,quality inspection,and safety monitoring.Next,compare the differences between traditional construction project management methods and smart construction site systems,and evaluate the advantages of smart construction site systems in improving project efficiency,reducing accident risks,and optimizing resource utilization.Finally,a discussion will be conducted on the potential challenges and future development trends of the application of smart construction site systems,as well as suggestions for construction site managersand relevant stakeholders.
