摘要
针对角度动态校准时各测角系统间信号延时不一致问题展开研究。对信号延时差异带来角度同步误差的产生机理进行阐述,建立角度同步误差模型并明确与系统间延时差异间关系;设计并研制基于FPGA的信号同步触发采集电路,说明了定角触发在信号同步中的应用。搭建转台实验平台并开展验证实验,实验结果证明:在不同转速下,测角系统间角度同步误差与转速为线性关系,延时差异基本不变,保持在45.369~46.641μs范围内。
The problem of signal synchronization delay between multiple angle measuring systems under dynamic angle calibration was studied.The mechanism of angle synchronization error caused by signal delay difference was expounded,the angle synchronization error model was established,and the relationship between the angle synchronization error and the delay difference between the system was clarified.Synchronization trigger and acquisition circuit based on field programmable gate array(FPGA)was designed and developed,and the application of fixed angle trigger in signal synchronization was emphasized.The turntable experimental platform was built and verification experiments were carried out.The experimental results show that there is a linear relationship between the angle synchronization error and the speed,and the delay difference is basically unchanged in the range of 45.369~46.641μs.
