摘要
近年随着“抹茶”制品的热度攀升以及影视剧中对宋代点茶文化的宣传,中国传统末茶文化受到了广泛关注。本文主要着眼于唐宋时期,以唐宋茶学经典著作《茶经》和《大观茶论》为史料依据,分析唐宋茶饼加工技艺和饮茶方法的演变,挖掘唐宋末茶的技术、工艺和文化源流,从而进一步思考唐宋末茶技术生产革新与文化发展的内涵与当代价值。
In recent years,with the rising popularity of"matcha"products and the publicity of the Song Dynasty tea-drinking culture in movies and TV dramas,the traditional Chinese matcha culture has received widespread attention.This paper mainly focuses on the Tang and Song dynasties,taking the classic works of tea science of the Tang and Song dynasties,The Classic of Tea and Treatise on tea as the basis of historical materials,analyzing the evolution of tea cake processing technology and tea drinking methods in the Tang and Song dynasties,and digging out the technical,technological,and cultural origins of the matcha of the Tang and Song dynasties,so as to further think about the connotations and contemporary value of the technological and cultural development of matcha production innovation in the Tang and Song dynasties.
