摘要
针对高碳钢坯冶炼过程每个浇次头炉铸坯有时存在氢含量超标现象,对氢含量超标的钢坯进行了去氢退火试验。按照制定的工艺退火后,成品的各项指标符合相关标准的要求,为企业挽回较大的经济损失。
Considering the phenomenon of hydrogen over-standard occurs occasionally in the cast billets of the first furnace in the casting unit,the dehydrogen-annealing test was carried out on the billets with high hydrogen content.After the annealing according to the formulated process,the indicators of the of the finished-product originated from the annealed billets met the requirements of relevant standard,and thus saved great economic loss for the enterprise.
