热镀锌带钢表面膜状锌灰缺陷影响因素分析

摘要 通过扫描电镜和辉光光谱仪分析了热镀锌钢板表面膜状锌灰缺陷,结果显示相比常规IF钢,在相同的工况条件下,Mn、P元素含量较高的高强H180Y钢表面表面膜状锌灰程度更为严重。带钢表面膜状锌灰与炉鼻子加湿气氛强相关,局部加湿量过大时,如果锌液面未形成充分溢流,则膜状缺陷更易发生且会断续出现;当炉鼻子处于严重漏气状态时,即使锌液面充分溢流,也会形成连续存在的严重膜状锌灰。 Using scanning electron microscopy and glow spectrometer,the defects of zinc ash film on the surface of hot-dip galvanized steel plates were analyzed.The results indicate that the degree of zinc ash film on the surface of high-strength H180Y steelwhich has higher Mn and P content is more severe than that on conventional IF steel under the same operating conditions.The presence of zinc ash film on the strip surface is closely associated with the humidification atmosphere in the furnace nose.Excessive local humidification can lead to intermittent occurrence of film defects if the zinc liquid surface does not fully overflow.In cases of severe gas leakage from the furnace nose,even when the zinc liquid level overflows completely,serious zinc ash film will still oemerge.
