摘要
某型飞机主起上位锁在试验过程中发生弹簧断裂,上位锁无法正常上锁,更换相同规格弹簧,后续又多次出现弹簧断裂。针对断裂问题开展强度和疲劳分析,结果表明,所用弹簧接近材料应力极限,且不满足疲劳强度要求。根据故障分析结果提出优化改进措施,改进后弹簧通过试验验证,满足使用要求。
During the test of a certain type of aircraft,the main landing gear upper lock experienced a spring breakage,which prevents the upper lock from locking properly.After replacing the spring with the same specification,the spring still broke multiple times subsequently.A strength and fatigue analysis is then carried out to solve this problem,and the results show that the spring used was close to the material stress limit and unable to meet the fatigue strength requirements.Optimization and improvement measures are then proposed based on the failure analysis results,and the improved spring was verified through experiments and can meet the requirements for use.
