卵巢性腺母细胞瘤2例临床病理分析及文献复习

摘要 性腺母细胞瘤(gonadoblastoma,GB)是一种少见的卵巢生殖细胞-性索间质肿瘤。多见于青春期前后,临床多表现为性发育异常。根据不同的病理特点可分为单纯型和混合型性腺母细胞瘤。现将2例性腺母细胞瘤进行回顾性分析,讨论其临床表现、病理形态、免疫组织化学及外周血核型结果,进一步加深对本病的认识。1资料与方法1.1临床资料例1,患者19岁,女性,因下腹疼痛14天,外院B超检查发现“卵巢肿瘤”,随到我院住院查B超示子宫前方不均质回声团,大小10.0 cm×9.6 cm×6.4 cm,略呈分叶状,回声不均匀,内见小的不规则囊变区及斑片状强回声。
