鼻咽部EBV阳性大细胞神经内分泌癌1例并文献分析

摘要 神经内分泌癌(neuroendocrine carcinoma,NEC)多发于胃、肠及肺部,鼻咽部罕见[1-2]。鼻咽部NEC主要发生于中老年男性,EBV感染及吸烟可能会导致该病发生[1,3]。目前WHO根据细胞形态学特征和有丝分裂活性将NEC分为三类:分化好的NEC,即具有最小核异型性和核分裂<2个/10HPF;中分化的NEC,即具有坏死和/或核分裂2~10个/10HPF;低分化的NEC,包括大细胞NEC(large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,LCNEC)和小细胞NEC(small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,Sm CC),核分裂>10个/10HPF[4]。
