浅析甘肃省大众冰雪运动发展现状及策略

Analysis of the Current Development Status and Strategies of Popular Ice and Snow Sports in Gansu Province

近年来,中国相继颁布了一系列关于冰雪运动的政策,将冰雪运动由过去的“冷资源”转变为备受瞩目的“热经济”。在实现“3亿人上冰雪”的目标下,各省市对大众冰雪运动的发展越发引起重视,人们参与冰雪活动的热情也显著提高。甘肃省在大众冰雪运动方面起步较晚,特别是竞技冰雪项目,直至2019年12月前仍处于空白状态。然而2019年12月,甘肃省正式成立了冬季运动管理中心,并成立了竞技冰雪运动队,标志着甘肃省竞技冰雪运动进入了新的发展阶段。该文综合运用了文献资料法、实地调查法以及逻辑分析等多种研究方法,从甘肃省大众冰雪运动的现状出发,分析了其发展的优势和亟待解决的问题,探讨了适合该省大众冰雪运动发展的管理模式和推广方式,并提出了相应的发展策略和建议。

In recent years,China has successively issued a series of policies on ice and snow sports,transforming the past cold resources"of ice and snow sports into a highly anticipated"hot economy".Under the goal of"300 million people going to ice and snow",various provinces and cities have attached increasing importance to the development of mass ice and snow sports,and people's enthusiasm for participating in ice and snow activities has also significantly increased.Gansu Province started relatively late in mass ice and snow sports,especially in competitive ice and snow events,which were still in a blank state until December 2019.However,in December 2019,Gansu Province officially established the Winter Sports Management Center and established a competitive ice and snow sports team,marking a new stage of development for competitive ice and snow sports in Gansu Province.This article comprehensively applies various research methods such as literature review,field investigation,and logical analysis.Starting from the current situation of mass ice and snow sports in Gansu Province,it analyzes its development advantages and urgent problems,explores management models and promotion methods suitable for the development of mass ice and snow sports in the province,and proposes corresponding development strategies and suggestions.
