摘要
该文对体态语在高校公共体育课健美操教学中的实践运用进行了探究,通过对比实验的方式对体态语的教学功效进行了分析。得出结论,在大学公共体育课的健美操教学中加入体态语,可以帮助学生有更积极的情感体验,对自己有更积极的看法,在能力上有更大的成长,以及更好的技术掌握。
This paper investigates thoroughly about the practical application field for the body language of aerobics teaching inpublic physical education for collegesand universities.It concludes that the addition ofbody language in the instruction of aerobics in public physical education classes in collegesand universities can help students have a more positive emotional experience,a more positive view of themselves,greater growth in their abilities,and better technicalmastery.
