翻转课堂教学在高校体育师范生网球教学中的实证研究

An Empirical Study of Flipped Classroom Teaching in Tennis Teaching of College Sports Students

摘要 “翻转课堂”引用中小学教学,并受到大家普遍认可。而在体育方面,对“翻转课堂”的运用相对较少,尤其是网球教学中的使用更少。该文运用文献资料法、教学实验法和数理统计法,对2021级本科体育教育专业学生16周翻转课堂教学模式和传统教学模式进行实验对比,得出结论:翻转教学模式与传统教学模式对学生身体素质影响没有显著差别;翻转教学模式对促进学生网球技术(正、反手和发球)掌握优于传统教学;翻转教学模式对激发学生学习网球的兴趣优于传统教学。 Since the"flipped classroom"has been widely recognizedin primary and secondary school teaching.However,the application of"flipped classroom"is relatively small,especially in tennis teaching.By using the method of literature,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper compares the 16-week flipped classroom teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode of undergraduate physical education students in 2021,and concludes that:there is no significant difference between the flipped teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode on physical fitness;②the mastery of tennis skills(fore hand,backhand and serve)in flipped teaching mode is better than that in traditional teaching;flipped teaching mode is better than traditional teaching in stimulating students'interest in learning tennis.
