摘要
在“健康中国”战略背景下,体医融合理念的提出为高校体育教学改革指明了方向。这一理念将体育和医学相结合,旨在通过体育锻炼来预防和治疗疾病,促进身心健康。高校作为培养高素质人才的重要基地,应该积极响应健康中国建设,发挥自身优势,探索体医融合在高校体育教学中的应用。为深入探讨高校公共体育教学改革策略,该文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对体医融合概念进行了梳理,然后在此基础上,从教学内容与方法、教师能力以及教学考核等多个层面探讨高校公共体育教学改革策略,旨在有效提高高校体育教学质量和效果,促进大学生身心健康发展,从而充分发挥高校在健康中国建设中的重要作用。
Under the strategic background of"Healthy China",the idea of integration of physical education and medicine points out the direction for physical education teaching reform in colleges and universities.This concept combines physical educationand medicine,aiming at preventing and treating diseases and promoting physical and mental health through physical exercise.As an important base for cultivating high-quality talents,colleges and universities should actively respond to the construction ofHealthyChina,give full play to their own advantages,and explore the application of the integration of physical educationand medicine in the teaching of physical educationin colleges and universities.In order to deeply explore the reform strategy of public physical education teaching in colleges and universities,this paper uses the methods of literature review and logical analysis to sort out the concept of integration of physical education and medicine,and then discusses the reform strategy of public physical education in colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching content and methods,teachers'ability and teaching assessment,aiming at effectively improving the quality and effect of physical education in colleges and universities,promoting the development of college students'physical and mental health,and giving full play to the important role of colleges and universities in the construction of Healthy China.
