摘要
该文旨在探讨大学生参与冰雪项目对身体健康的影响,并提出推广该类项目的策略。通过文献综述和实地调研,发现大学生参与冰雪项目可显著提高心肺功能、增强肌肉力量、提升协调能力及改善心理健康。基于此,该文提出推广大学生冰雪项目的策略,包括建设冰雪运动场地、开展冰雪体验活动、制定冰雪项目课程、推广冰雪文化以及建立冰雪社团。这些策略有望有效促进大学生冰雪项目的普及与发展,对提升大学生整体身心健康具有积极意义。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the effects of college students'participation in ice and snow events on their physical health,and to propose strategies to promote such events.Through literature review and field investigation,it is found that college students'participation in ice and snow events can significantly improve cardiopulmonary function,muscle strength,coordination and mental health.Based on this,this paper puts forward some strategies to promote ice and snow sportsamong college students,including building ice and snow sports venues,conducting ice and snow experience activities,developing ice and snow courses,promoting ice and snow culture and establishing ice and snow clubs.These strategies are expected to effectively promote the popularization and development ofice and snow events among college students,which is of positive significance to the overall physical and mental health of college students.
