In the process of primary school students'growth and psychological maturity,the ice and snow events are particularly crucial.Through empirical analysis,this paper reveals that ice and snow activities have a positive effect on the physical and mental health of primary school students.The inclusion of ice and snow events atthe level of physical quality can significantly improve the physical skills of primary school students and enhance their physical strength and coordination.At the level of mental health,winter sports such as skating and sking are beneficial to improve the self-esteem of primary school students,encourage them to be more fearless to meet various tests,and enhance children's psychological adaptation andtheir ability to cope with stress.After all,at the level of interpersonal skills,the ice and snow events havestrengthened the cultivation of primary school students'awareness of collaborative work,and improved the communication and mutual understanding withtheir partners.The purpose of this paper is to deeply study the impact of ice and snow events on the physical and mental growth of primary school students and its detailed processes,so as to provide theoretical basis and operational guidelines for education,and promote the general integration of ice and snow events in primary school teaching.
