“双减”政策下梅州市初中课外体育活动发展研究

Research on the Development of Extracurricular Sports Activities in Junior Middle Schools in Meizhou under the Background of"Double Reduction"Policy

运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,调查分析“双减”政策实施以来,梅州市初中校内课外体育活动开展的现状和面临的困境。结果发现,“双减”政策下,梅州市中学课外体育活动得到了有效发展,但是课外体育活动开展也面临着学生体质下降、课外活动内容单一,体育资源配置不足、家长重智轻体等方面的问题。针对现阶段的问题,提出优化路径:增强学生体育意识,课外活动内容多样化,增加体育资源的配置、提升家长家庭体育意识,皆为促进课外体育活动高质量开展提供参考。

By using the methods of literature,interviewsand questionnaires,this paper investigates and analyzes thecurrent situationand difficulties of extracurricular sports activities in junior middle schools in Meizhou since the implementation of the"double reduction"policy.The results show that under the"double reduction"policy,the extracurricular sports activities of middle schools in Meizhou have been effectively developed,but the the implementation of extracurricular sports activities also faces problems such as the decline of students'physical fitness,the single content of extracurricular activities,the insufficient allocation of physical education resources,and the emphasis of parents on intelligence rather than physical fitness.In view of the problems at the present stage,the optimization paths are proposed:enhancing students'awareness of sports,diversifying the contents of extracurricular activities,increasing the allocation of sports resources,and enhancing parents'awareness of family sports,all of which provide references for the promotion of high quality extracurricular sports activities,all of which provide referencesfor promoting the highquality extracurricular sports activities.
