北冰南移背景下体育教育资源整合与优化研究

Research on the Integration and Optimization of PhysicalEducation Resources under the Background of from-North-to-South Strategy of Ice-Sports

随着中国经济水平和生活质量不断提高,人们越来越重视自身健康问题.近年来,全国各地区都积极举办形式多样的体育赛事,吸引更多群众参与到体育运动当中去。与此同时,一些地方政府也开始组织各类比赛、赛事等活动,为当地人民提供便利条件,以达到强身健体的目的。该文采用文献资料法、实地考察等方法,对北冰南移背景下体育教育资源整合与优化进行了调查研究,了解到目前学校拥有各类教学资源和设施,同时也发现了当前在南冰区中学教育中所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出一些建议与意见以供参考,为进一步提高各个体育教育阶段学生身体素质提供一定帮助。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic and quality of life,people pay more and more attention to their own health problems.In recent years,various kinds of sports events have been held in all regions of the country to attract more people to participate in sports.At the same time,some local governments have also started to organize various competitions,events and other activities for the local people to provide convenient conditions to achieve the goal of physical fitness,By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper investigates and studies the integration and optimization of physical education resources under the background of the from-north-to-south strategy ofice-sports,it also finds out the problems existing in the middle school education of the southern ice area,and puts forward some suggestions and opinions for reference,to further improve the physical quality of students at all stages of physical education to provide somehelp.
