体教融合视域下高水平运动员文化素养提升路径分析

An Analysis of the Ways to Improve the Cultural Quality of High-level Athletes from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Education

体教融合是新时代促进体育强国建设,提升高水平运动员文化素养,完善人才培养的重要基础和全面发展的必由之路。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,该文从体教融合视角出发,明晰新时代高水平运动员文化素养提升面临的四点困境,提出体教融合背景下高水平运动员文化素养提升路径的三方面探索,旨在为国家高水平运动员队伍建设的优化升级和适应新时代发展要求,提供理论支撑。

The integration of sports and education is an important foundation for promoting the construction of a strong sports country,enhancing the cultural literacy of high-level athletes,and improving talent cultivation in the new era,as well as a necessary path for comprehensive development.Through methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this article starts from the perspective of the integration of sports and education,clarifies the four difficulties faced by the cultural literacy improvement of high-level athletes in the new era,and proposes three exploration paths for the cultural literacy improvement of high-level athletes under the background of sports and education integration.The aim is to provide theoretical support for the optimization and upgrading of the national high-level athlete team construction and the adaptation to the development requirements of the new era.
