积极开展小组合作学习,增强初中体育课堂教学实效

Actively Carrying out Group Cooperative Learning to Enhance the Effectiveness of Middle School Physical Education Classroom Teaching

摘要 小组合作学习是课堂教学常用方式之一,在满足学生学习需求和提升课堂教学成效的基础上,增强学生团队合作能力。教师根据学生学情和教学目标制订科学且有针对性的教学方案,可以使学生在合作学习中高效掌握知识与技能,激发学生的内在潜能,尊重新课程标准倡导的学生在学习中的主体地位和实现自主、合作、探究的教育教学目标。对此该文以初中体育学科为例,探析小组合作学习实践应用,以期为相关教育者和工作者提供参考。 Group cooperative learning is one of the commonly used methods in classroom teaching,which enhances students teamwork ability while meeting their learning needs and improving classroom teaching effectiveness.Teachers can develop scientific and targeted teaching plans based on students'learning situations and teaching objectives,which can enable students to efficiently master knowledge and skills in cooperative learning,stimulate their inner potential,respect the main position of students in learning advocated by the new curriculum standards,and achieve educational and teaching goals of autonomy,cooperation,and exploration.This article takes junior high school physical education as an example to explore the practical application of group cooperative learning,in order to provide reference for relevant educators and workers.
