基于核心素养教育理念的军事体育课程教学策略研究

Research on Teaching Strategies of Military Physical Education Curriculum Based on the Concept of Core Literacy Education

军事体育课程承担着培养和发展生长军官学员军事体育能力,促进其全面发展的根本任务。传统的教学模式僵化,实际上已经无力承担这一根本任务。深化教学改革,创新教学模式,促进军事体育教学由知识技能本位向军事素养本位转变,将学员的军事体育学习和训练由单纯知识技能学习过程转化为发展核心素养的过程,是推动军事体育教学适应新时代军事教育方针的关键所在。立足学员发展核心素养对当前军事体育课程教学进行审视,分析梳理教学存在的四方面问题:课程教学理念与核心素养理念耦合不够、课程教学设计与核心素养目标精准对接不够、课程教学方法手段融合创新与核心素养需求不相适应、教员队伍能力素质与核心素养要求不相适应;提出核心素养视域下更新教学理念、优化课程教学设计、契合军事基础能力需求创新教学方法手段、强化师资队伍建设,提升教员军事体育核心能力等教学的策略。

Military physical education courses undertake the fundamental task of cultivating and developing the military sports abilities of growing officer trainees,and promoting their comprehensive development.The traditional teaching model is rigid,and in fact,it is no longer able to undertake this fundamental task.Deepening teaching reform,innovating teaching models,promoting the transformation of military sports teaching from knowledge and skills oriented to military literacy oriented,and transforming students'military sports learning and training from a simple process of knowledge and skills learning to the development of core literacy are the key to promoting military sports teaching to adapt to the new era of military education policies.Based on the development of core competencies among students,this paper examines the current military physical education curriculum teaching and analyzes four existing problems:insufficient coupling between curriculum teaching concepts and core competency concepts,insufficient precise alignment between curriculum teaching design and core competency goals,mismatch between innovative integration of curriculum teaching methods and core competency requirements,and mismatch between the ability and quality of the teaching staff and core competency requirements;Propose teaching strategies such as updating teaching concepts from the perspective of core competencies,optimizing course teaching design,innovating teaching methods and means that meet the needs of military basic abilities,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and enhancing the core abilities of military sports instructors.
