摘要
体育田径是一项需要高度专业化和良好身体素质的竞技运动,对学生的训练量和训练强度有着较高的要求。高校作为培养优秀体育人才的重要阵地,体育田径训练也是高校体育教育的重要组成部分。高校体育田径训练应根据学生的个体差异和训练目标进行科学合理地调整,以达到最佳的训练效果和健康状况。该文以高校体育田径训练量与训练强度为中心进行分析研究,通过对高校田径队的实际情况进行调查和数据收集,结合相关文献和理论知识,探讨了训练量和训练强度对田径项目学生的训练效果和身体健康的影响。
Athletics is a highly specialized and physically fit competitive sport that requires high demands on students in terms of training volume and intensity.As an important battlefield for cultivating outstanding sports talents,universities also have sports track and field training as an important component of their physical education.College sports track and field training should be scientifically and reasonably adjusted based on individual differences and training objectives of students,in order to achieve the best training effect and health condition.This article analyzes and studies the training volume and intensity of college sports track and field.Through investigation and data collection of the actual situation of college track and field teams,combined with relevant literature and theoretical knowledge,it explores the impact of training volume and intensity on the training effect and physical health of students in track and field events.
