高职思政课厚植大学生工匠精神培育的理论探索及启示

Theoretical Exploration and Inspiration on Cultivating the Spirit of Craftsmanship among College Students in Higher Vocational College Ideological and Political Courses

弘扬工匠精神,培育大国工匠是我国职业教育的时代目标,思政课逐步成为我国高职院校探索厚植大学生工匠精神的主要途径。以我国高职院校的医药卫生专业大学生为对象,经过访谈、质性编码分析和案例研究构建了高职思政课课堂教学、实践教学厚植大学生工匠精神的实现框架。提出高职院校要坚持以“国之大者”为思政课引领,指明大学生工匠精神的必然性,并贯彻以“自我成长”为思政课主体,形成大学生工匠精神的动力源。

Promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and cultivating great craftsmen is the era goal of vocational education in China.Ideological and political courses have gradually become the main way for higher vocational colleges in China to explore and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship among college students.Taking college students majoring in medicine and health in higher vocational colleges in China as the subjects,through interviews,qualitative coding analysis and case studies,a framework for classroom teaching and practical teaching of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges to cultivate the craftsmanship of college students was constructed.This paper proposes that higher vocational colleges should adhere to the guidance of ideological and political courses based on the concept of"the greatness of the country",and points out the inevitability of the spirit of craftsmanship among college students;it should implement"self growth"as the main body of ideological and political courses,and form the driving force for the spirit of craftsmanship among college students.
