摘要
在分析集装箱船建造过程中货舱精度控制标准的基础上,提出了采用三维扫描数字模拟试箱技术替代实际试箱进行货舱精度检验,建立了三维扫描数据采集和模拟分析方法,并在4600 TEU集装箱船的建造中实施。实施结果表明:数字模拟试箱与实际试箱间隙完全一致,试箱抽检一次通过,可显著提升船舶建造效率,改善生产作业环境,有力推动数字模拟试箱技术在集装箱船建造中的应用。
On the basis of analyzing the accuracy control standards for cargo holds during the construction process of container ships, the use of 3D scanning digital simulation test box technology to replace actual test boxes for cargo hold accuracy inspection has been proposed. A 3D scanning data acquisition and simulation analysis method is established, and it is implemented in the construction of a 4 600 TEU container ship. The implementation results show that the gap between the digital simulation test box and the actual test box is completely consistent, and the test box sampling is passed in one go. This can significantly improve the efficiency of ship construction, improve the production environment, and effectively promote the application of digital simulation test box technology in container ship construction.
