汽车用微电机齿轮装配工位数字孪生系统研究

摘要 为了解决某汽车用微电机的齿轮装配工位因压头压力过大、过小和无压力导致的各种品质问题,文章提出建立数字孪生系统。此系统能够实时展现实物工位的运行状况和压头的位移和压力值,能对压力值异常情况进行故障报警和诊断。经过一周的试验测试,产品的合格率提升40%,达到99%以上,解决因大量不合格品的返修而造成的时间和成本的浪费问题,说明数字孪生系统的应用能够大大提升智能制造的水平,实现产品品质和效率的提升,最终使得成本降低。 In order to solve various quality problems caused by excessive,insufficient,and no pressure in the gear assembly station of a certain automotive micro motor,the article proposes to establish a digital twin system that can display the real-time operation status of the physical station,the displacement and pressure value of the pressure head,and provide fault alarms and diagnosis for abnormal pressure values.After a week of experimental testing,the qualification rate of the product has increased by 40%,reaching over 99%,solving the problem of time and cost waste caused by the repair of a large number of unqualified products.This indicates that the application of digital twin systems can greatly improve the level of intelligent manufacturing,achieve the improvement of product quality and efficiency,and ultimately reduce costs.
