As an important part of the automotive electrical system,the automotive wiring harness is the nervous system of the electrical appliances of the whole vehicle,which involves many links from conceptual design to production.In this process,high-quality deliverable documentation is essential to ensure the reliability of the harness system.This paper first briefly introduces the 3D development process of automotive wiring harness,and then focuses on the key points of each deliverable document in the design and development process,aiming to provide useful reference and guidance for the optimization and improvement of new energy vehicle wiring harness design.
