重型全时全驱分动器电控系统设计

摘要 文章首先分析传统机械重型全时全驱分动器在使用及维护中的缺点,结合实际使用需求,在原有重型全时全驱分动器上加装电子控制系统之后,在满足基础功能的同时也可实时反馈运行状态,具备安全冗余措施及故障诊断机制。实践证明:该系统结构简单、操作便捷,方便故障维修,在操作与使用过程中,能够有效防止误操作,提高分动器使用效率,减小分动器损坏风险,并且控制器能够与车辆其它电控系统通过CAN总线互通互联,有利于提高车辆整体电控化程度。 The article first analyzes the shortcomings of traditional heavy-duty all time drive transfer gears in use and maintenance.Based on practical usage needs,an electronic control system is added to the original heavy-duty all time drive transfer gears to meet basic functions while also providing real-time feedback on operating status,with safety redundancy measures and fault diagnosis mechanisms.Practice has proven that the system has a simple structure,convenient operation,and is convenient for fault maintenance.During operation and use,it can effectively prevent mis-operation,improve the efficiency of transfer case use,reduce the risk of transfer case damage,and the controller can communicate with other vehicle electronic control systems through the CAN bus,which is conducive to improving the overall level of vehicle electronic control.
