摘要
针对康复手套穿戴舒适度低、整体结构复杂等问题,研究一种基于形状记忆合金丝驱动的柔性可穿戴康复手套.根据人手生物结构和运动范围分析,设计贴合人手的可穿戴康复手套,并对形状记忆合金驱动器的收缩性能进行动力学和热力学分析.搭建康复手套试验平台,进行连续被动和镜像康复训练试验,结果表明基于形状记忆合金的柔性康复手套可实现手部伸展拉伸等康复训练,验证了该康复手套设计的有效性.
A flexible wearable rehabilitation glove driven by shape memory alloy(SMA)wires was developed to address the issues of low comfort and complex overall structure of current rehabilitation gloves.Based on the analysis of the the biological structure and range of motion of the human hand,a wearable rehabilitation glove that fits the human hand was designed,and the contraction performance of the SMA driver was analyzed dynamically and thermally.An experimental platform for the rehabilitation glove was built to conduct continuous passive and mirror rehabilitation training experiments.The results showed that the flexible rehabilitation glove based on SMA can achieve hand stretching and other rehabilitation training,verifying the effectiveness of the rehabilitation glove design.
