一种智能环保硫磺装车系统设计

摘要 针对硫磺在装车时自卸车需要频繁进入硫磺堆场内部,车轮粘料而导致港区内污染和硫磺自燃的问题,给出一种智能环保硫磺装车系统设计方案。该系统能够智能检测自卸车位置,自动化程序控制装车皮带机启停及装车漏斗口开合,可通过后方料斗和皮带机直接将物料提升输送至场外自卸车内,实现硫磺装车自动化,可有效提升港区硫磺装车效率。 Aiming at the problem that tipper trucks need to enter the inside of the sulfur yard frequently when loading sulfur,and the wheels stick to the material,which leads to wheel sticking and causes pollution and sulfur spontaneous combustion in the port area,a design scheme for an intelligent environmental protection sulfur loading system is proposed.The system can intelligently detect the position of the dump truck,automatically control the start and stop of the loading belt conveyor and the opening and closing of the loading funnel.The material can be directly lifted and transported to the external dump truck through the rear hopper and belt conveyor,achieving automation of sulfur loading and effectively improving the efficiency of sulfur loading in the port area.
