非离子有机颜料分散体从水中的分离性能研究

摘要 基于非离子分散剂AEO-9制备水性非离子有机颜料分散体,系统探究pH、温度、添加剂(电解质和醇类物质)对颜料颗粒从水体中分离性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着颜料分散液静置温度提高,AEO-9对颜料的分散能力下降,颜料颗粒去除率增大;酸性条件下颜料粒子容易聚集,更易从水中分离;电解质的加入可使颜料从水中有效分离,电解质所带电荷越多,分离效果越好;醇类物质对颜料分离也有一定影响,其中乙醇效果最好,丙二醇效果最差。 The water-based non-ionic organic pigment dispersions were prepared using the non-ionic dispersant AEO-9,and the effects of pH,temperature,additives(electrolytes and alcohols)on the separation performance of pigment particles from water were systematically investigated.The results show that as the static temperature of the pigment dispersion increases,the dispersibility of AEO-9 towards pigments decreases,which is beneficial for the removal of pigment particles.Under acidic conditions,pigment particles tend to aggregate,making it easier to separate from water.The addition of electrolytes can effectively separate pigments from water,and the more charges the electrolyte carries,the better the separation effect.Alcohols also have a certain impact on pigment separation,with ethanol having the best removal effect and propylene glycol having the worst effect.
