不同时段中工程建设对工程运输车交通事故影响研究

摘要 城市工程建设时间的差异对交通事故造成影响。为减少交通事故的发生,从时间角度分析工程建设对交通事故的影响,选出最合适的工程建设时间。基于历城区工程建设项目和事故数据,运用空间统计及计量方法,对工程运输车事故与工程项目进行相关性检验,探究单双变量情况下对空间影响最显著的季节和时段。结果表明,济南市工程运输车事故的空间自相关性、工程建设项目与事故空间相关性以及工程建设项目对事故的空间效应均在第三季度及凌晨时段更显著;项目数量或项目面积的增加与交通事故量呈正相关,两者的相关性在第三季度及凌晨时段最高。 The difference of engineering construction time of urban projects has a certain impact on traffic accidents.In order to reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,the influence of engineering construction on traffic accidents is analyzed from the perspective of time,and the most appropriate engineering construction time is selected.Based on the data of engineering construction projects and accidents in Licheng District,spatial statistics and metrology methods were used to conduct correlation tests between engineering transport vehicle accidents and engineering projects,explored the seasons and periods that have the most significant spatial impact under the condition of single and dual variables.The results show that spatial autocorrelation of construction vehicle accidents,the spatial correlation between engineering construction projects and accidents,and the spatial effect of engineering construction projects on accidents in Jinan are more significant in the third quarter and early morning.The increase in the number or area of projects is positively correlated with the number of traffic accidents,and the correlation between the two is the highest in the third quarter and the early morning.
