摘要
随着教育改革的深化,校本研修成为促进教师专业素养提升、应对教育需求变化的重要途径。文章探讨了校本研修范式的理论构建与实践应用,强调从传统的教师培训模式向教师主体学习的转变。通过对校本研修现状和面临挑战的分析,提出了以促进教师专业发展、提升教学质量为目标的“学—研—评—展”的实施路径,并分析实际案例,展示校本研修在促进教师理念更新、实践研究、评价反馈和成果展示等方面的有效性。
With the deepening of educational reforms,school-based training has become an essential path to enhance teachers’professional qualities and respond to the changing educational demands.This paper discusses the theoretical construction and practical application of the school-based training paradigm and emphasizes the transition from traditional teacher training models to teacher-centered learning.By analyzing the current status and challenges of school-based training,this paper proposes an implementation path of“learning-research-evaluation-exhibition”with the goal of promoting teachers’professional development and improving teaching quality.Through case study analysis,it also demonstrates the effectiveness of school-based training in promoting teachers’concept renewal,practical research,evaluative feedback,and outcome presentation.
