五育融合背景下钢琴教师教育的难为和能为

On the Difficulties and Capabilities of Piano Teachers’Professional Development in the Context of the Integration of Five Domains of Education

钢琴教师专业发展是教师精神、知识、能力系统提升的过程。钢琴教师专业发展,既是提升钢琴教师职业幸福感的途径,以及实现师范学校高质量发展的内在需要,又是在基础教育层面提升学生艺术素养与全面发展的重要路径之一。目前,从供给层面来说,我国钢琴教师专业发展面临师资培育体制不健全、专业发展体系的系统性缺失、教师内在动力不足的困境与挑战。从社会需求层面来说,钢琴教学一直是素质教育的需求热点,但也存在学校教学缺失、社会培训混乱的问题。文章在借鉴美国、英国、新加坡教师专业教育与教学实践经验的基础上,提出完善师资培育的体制机制、构建钢琴教师专业发展的支持体系,从而将师范学校钢琴教师培育的“供给”层面与社会对钢琴教学的“需求”层面有机的联系和契合起来。

Piano teachers’professional development is a process of systematic improvement of teachers’spirit,knowledge and ability.It is not only a way to enhance piano teachers’professional happiness,and an inherent need for high-quality development of schools,but also an important path to improve students’artistic competence and their comprehensive development at the level of basic education.At present,from the perspective of the supply of piano teachers,there exist such dilemmas and challenges in piano teachers’professional development in China as an imperfect teacher training system,a lack of professional development system,and a lack of teachers'intrinsic motivation.From the perspective of the needs of the society,piano teaching has always been a hot demand for quality education,but there are also such problems as a lack of piano learning at school and a lack of order in private piano education.Based on the practical experience of teachers’professional development in the United States,the United Kingdom and Singapore,this paper suggests improving the institutional mechanism of teacher training and building the support system for piano teachers’professional development in order to successfully combine the“supply of piano teachers”from the teacher-training universities with“the demand”of piano learning from the society.
