摘要
建设创新型国家,培养拔尖创新人才,需要高度重视和加强拔尖创新人才的早期培养。高中是拔尖创新人才早期培养的关键阶段。该研究依托校内外科技场馆资源,开展拔尖创新人才早期培养的顶层设计,确立拔尖创新人才的早期培养目标,梳理拔尖创新人才早期培养的条件要求,架构面向全体学生的拔尖创新人才早期培养三级层次。在实践中开发了指向普及科学、了解科学、深入科学的三级课程体系,形成创新人才早期培养课程资源,探索完善了课程实施程序,并形成了课程实施评价方案,取得了一定的成效。
To build an innovative nation and cultivate top innovative talents,it is essential to emphasize and enhance their early cultivation.High school is a critical stage for the early cultivation of top innovative talents.Relying on the resources from both in-school and external science and technology venues,this study develops a top-level design for the early cultivation of top innovative talents,establishes the goals for this early cultivation,outlines its necessary conditions,and structures a three-tier system for this early cultivation aimed at all students.In the research practice,a three-tier curriculum system was developed,targeting the dissemination,understanding,and in-depth exploration of science,creating curriculum resources for early cultivation of innovative talents,exploring and refining the curriculum implementation process,and establishing an evaluation scheme for curriculum implementation,all of which help achieve certain results.
