地下管廊渗漏修复用胶粘剂制备与性能研究

摘要 为了提升地下综合管廊柱体结构渗漏修复用胶粘剂的使用和服役性能,研究了胶粘剂中环氧树脂比例和促进剂添加量对胶粘剂表干性能、R y和R l、耐热和耐水性能的影响。结果表明,随着双酚A环氧树脂Ⅰ/双酚F环氧树脂Ⅱ质量比的减小,胶粘剂表干时间先减小后增大,3d R y和3d R l先增加后减小,在Ⅰ/Ⅱ质量比为1:1时取得表干时间t最小值(29 min)、3d压剪强度R y最大值(17.6 MPa)、3d拉剪强度R l最大值(11.2 MPa)。在促进剂添加量为2%时,胶粘剂0℃、80℃和浸水后7d R y,指标良好具有较好耐热和耐水性能。随着老化时间从0增加至36 h,胶粘剂的R y和R l都表现为先增加后减小的趋势,在老化时间为7 d时取得R y和R l最大值。 In order to improve the use and service performance of adhesives for repairing the leakage of underground comprehensive pipe rack column structures,the effects of epoxy resin ratio and accelerator addition in the adhesives on the surface dry performance,compressive shear strength,tensile shear strength,heat resistance,and water resistance of the adhesives were studied.The results showed that as the ratio of epoxy resin I/II decreased,the surface drying time of the adhesive first decreased and then increased,and the 3D compressive shear strength and 3D tensile shear strength first increased and then decreased.At a ratio of I/II of 1:1,the minimum surface drying time(29 minutes),the maximum 3D compressive shear strength(17.6 MPa),and the maximum 3D tensile shear strength(11.2 MPa)were obtained.At a promoter addition of 2%,the adhesive had good 7-day compressive shear strength at 0℃The 7-day compressive shear strength at 80℃and the 7-day compressive shear strength after immersion in water have good heat and water resistance properties.As the aging time increases from 0 to 36 hours,the compressive shear strength and tensile shear strength of the adhesive show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The maximum compressive shear strength and tensile shear strength are obtained at an aging time of 7 days.
