数智时代产教融合背景下,应用型高校面向区域经济发展需求进行行业特色人才的创新创业培育是高质量发展转型的必由之路。针对高校、企业双创教育内驱力不足和双创人才培育机制问题,应用型高校首先应聚焦优势明确双创目标,其次基于整体性机制理清“校—企—政”在课程、思维、实践、评价四项双创子系统中的关系,构建融合双创能力和专业能力的教学体系,最终实现双创人才培养“共建共管共赢”的现代产业学院长效发展模式。

In the context of the integration of industry and education in the era of digital intelligence,the only way for high-quality development and transformation is for application-oriented universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents with industry characteristics to meet the needs of regional economic development.Aiming at the lack of internal drive for entrepreneurship and innovation education in universities and enterprises and the problem of entrepreneurship and innovation talent cultivation mechanism.Firstly,the application-oriented universities should focus on their advantages and define the goals of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Secondly,based on the overall mechanism,clarify the relationship of“school enterprise government”in the four-mass entrepreneurship and innovation subsystems of curriculum,thinking,practice and evaluation,and build a teaching system that integrates mass entrepreneurship and innovation capabilities and professional capabilities.Finally,the long-term development mode of modern industrial college of“co construction,co management and win-win”will be realized.
