基于熵权TOPSIS法的外源激素对干旱胁迫下大豆抗旱生理影响的研究

摘要 为探讨不同外源激素对干旱胁迫下大豆抗旱生理的影响。以中黄37为试验材料,采用盆栽控水法模拟干旱,共10个处理组,分别为干旱+水(CK)、干旱+褪黑素150μmol/L(T1)、干旱+褪黑素200μmol/L(T2)、干旱+褪黑素250μmol/L(T3)、干旱+水杨酸40 mg/L(S1)、干旱+水杨酸80 mg/L(S2)、干旱+水杨酸120 mg/L(S3)、干旱+赤霉素300 mg/L(C1)、干旱+赤霉素400 mg/L(C2)、干旱+赤霉素500 mg/L(C3),处理后测定大豆根长,鲜重,干重,叶绿素含量,可溶性糖含量,可溶性蛋白含量,丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化物酶(POD)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,结果采用熵权TOPSIS法进行大豆抗旱性筛选及评价。结果表明,喷施外源激素后,大豆的根长,鲜重,干重,叶绿素含量,可溶性糖含量,可溶性蛋白含量均有所增加,POD,SOD活性有所增强,MDA含量有所减少,说明外源激素一定程度上缓解了干旱对大豆的损害。根据熵权TOPSIS法得到大豆抗旱性排序为S3>S1>T2>T3>T1>C3>C1>S2>C2,其中喷施浓度为120 mg/L的水杨酸S3处理效果最好。研究结果与方法可以为大豆抗旱栽培提供理论与实践参考。 In order to explore the effects of different exogenous hormones on drought resistance physiology of soybean under drought stress.Zhonghuang 37 was used as the experimental material,and the pot water control method was used to simulate drought,with a total of 10 treatment groups.They were drought + water(CK),drought + melatonin 150 μmol/L(T1),drought +melatonin 200 μmol/L(T2),drought + melatonin 250 μmol/L(T3),drought + salicylic acid 40 mg/L(S1),drought + salicylic acid 80 mg/L(S2),drought + salicylic acid 120 mg/L(S3),drought + gibberellin 300 mg/L(C1),drought + gibberellin 400 mg/L(C2),drought + gibberellin 500 mg/L(C3).The root length and fresh weight of soybean were measured after treatment.Dry weight,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,peroxidase(POD)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD) content.Results The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to screen and evaluate the drought resistance of soybean.The results showed that after spraying exogenous hormones,the root length,fresh weight,dry weight,chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of soybean increased,POD and SOD activity increased,and MDA content decreased,indicating that exogenous hormones alleviated the damage of drought to soybean to a certain extent.According to the entropy weight TOPSIS method,the order of drought resistance of soybean was S3>S1>T2>T3>T1>C3>C1>S2>C2,and the effect of spraying salicylic acid S3 with a concentration of 120 mg/L was the best.The research results and methods can provide theoretical and practical reference for soybean drought-resistant cultivation.
