摘要
为减轻菠萝种植人工施颗粒肥及菠萝采摘后地间运输的作业强度,设计了一种施颗粒肥与菠萝地间运输两用的高地隙电驱动颗粒肥施撒机。该机可一机二用,施颗粒肥系统安装于高地隙电驱动平台上,该平台以上的施肥部分拆卸后在平台周边安装拓展围板就可以用于菠萝采摘地间运输作业。该机有左右2个肥料箱,肥料箱、施肥器和施肥管均可随着电驱动平台变轨距而同步改变间距,从而适应不同行距菠萝植株施肥的要求;施肥器有手动和自动控制2种模式,采用左右两路电动施肥器施肥,施肥量可达14 kg/min;施肥管路上增加了鼓风管路,能够确保肥料施撒顺畅,避免细小肥料粘结并堵塞施肥管;不施肥时可以通过电动推杆调节施肥口高度,防止其与地面碰撞。高地隙电驱动平台集成施颗粒肥系统能够满足菠萝地间施颗粒肥及菠萝地间运输两用需求,大大减轻作业人员的劳动强度,提升了设备利用率。
In order to reduce the intensity of working when spreading granular fertilizer for the pineapple and transporting after pineapple picking,a high-ground clearance and electric-driven granular fertilizer spreader with dual functions of application was designed.The machine can be used for two purposes,and the granular fertilizer application system is installed on the platform.After the fertilization part above the platform is dismantled,and the expansion fence is installed around the platform,it can be used for transportation after pineapple picking.The machine has a left fertilizer box and a right fertilizer box,and the spacing of the fertilizer box,the fertilizing device and the fertilizing pipe can be changed synchronously with the change of the track pitch of platform,so as to meet the requirements of fertilizing pineapple plants with different row spacing.The fertilizer applicator has two modes:manual and automatic control.The left and right electric fertilizer applicators are used to fertilize,and the fertilization amount per minute can reach 14 kg.The blast pipeline is added to the fertilization pipeline,which can ensure the smooth application of fertilizer and avoid the fine fertilizer from sticking and blocking the fertilization pipe.When fertilization is not applied,the height of the fertilization port can be adjusted by the electric push rod to prevent it from colliding with the ground.The integrated granular fertilizer application system can meet the requirements of granular fertilizer application and transportation in pineapple field,greatly reducing the labor intensity of operators and improving the utilization rate of equipment.
