基于模型预测控制的供料器送料电机控制器设计与实现

摘要 针对供料器送料电机控制的需求,提出一种改进的模型预测控制代价函数,将永磁同步电机q轴电流变化值纳入最优化评价指标。改进算法能够增加控制器参数,增加在实际应用场景根据不同送料需求调整响应速度的功能。通过Matlab/Simulink平台搭建模型仿真,验证算法的可行性和有效性。利用真实供料器进行了对照测试,确认了送料速度得到提升,料带断裂概率有效降低。 An improved model predictive control cost function was proposed to meet the needs of feeding motor control,and the q-axis current change value of permanent magnet synchronous motor was included in the optimal evaluation index.The improved algorithm can increase the controller parameters and increase the function of adjusting the response speed according to different feeding requirements in practical application scenarios.The algorithm is simulated by Matlab/Simulink platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,a control test was carried out in the real feeder,and it was confirmed that the feeding speed was increased and the fracture probability of the material belt was effectively reduced.
