摘要
文章提出了一种基于遗传算法的电源规划模型,旨在提高电网对风电的消纳能力并保持系统稳定。通过构建不同的规划方案,分析了储能电站的引入对电力系统的影响,包括提升风电消纳能力、电网稳定性和经济效益。即使储能设施初期投资较高,但长期看可以有效降低运行成本,提高电网的可靠性。此外,文章还探讨了允许风电输出波动对规划结果的积极影响,提供了一种在确保电力系统可靠性的同时降低投资成本的策略。
This paper proposes a power planning model based on genetic algorithm,aiming to improve the grid’s ability to absorb wind power and maintain system stability.By constructing different planning schemes,the impact of introducing energy storage power stations on the power system was analyzed,including improving wind power consumption capacity,grid stability,and economic benefits.This paper believes that even if the initial investment in energy storage facilities is high,in the long run,it can effectively reduce operating costs and improve the reliability of the power grid.In addition.This paper also explores the positive impact of allowing wind power output fluctuations on planning results,providing a strategy to reduce investment costs while ensuring power system reliability.
