摘要
针对现有海底管道外腐蚀修复技术存在的作业成本居高不下、修复效果不佳等问题,开展了基于高分子复合材料应用的海底管道外腐蚀修复技术探索。由于该技术尚未在国内海底管道进行应用,为此开展了针对影响该技术现场实施和应用效果的模拟试验,试验结果证实了该技术的有效性,而将该技术应用到了某海底管道外腐蚀修复作业现场,效果十分显著。
In response to the high operating costs and poor repair effects of existing external corrosion repair technologies for submarine pipelines,an exploration of external corrosion repair technology for submarine pipelines based on the application of polymer composite materials was carried out.Due to the fact that this technology has not yet been applied in domestic submarine pipelines,simulation tests were conducted to investigate the impact on the on-site implementation and application effectiveness of this technology.The test results confirmed the effectiveness of this technology.And the technology was applied to the external corrosion repair operation site of a certain submarine pipeline,and the repair effect was very significant.
