摘要 文章提供了煤矿井下输送带安全监控系统的先进设计和应用的全面视角。突出了通过实时数据监测和精准的故障预测技术可以有效提升煤矿安全性和效率。重点在于振动、温度和速度传感器的集成使用,以及高效的数据采集和传输技术,确保了输送带系统的连续监控和故障早期识别。 This paper provides a comprehensive perspective on the advanced design and application of the safety monitoring system for underground conveyor belts in coal mines.It highlights that coal mine safety and efficiency can be effectively improved through real-time data monitoring and accurate fault prediction technology.Emphasis is placed on the integrated use of vibration,temperature and speed sensors,as well as efficient data acquisition and transmission technologies,ensuring continuous monitoring of conveyor systems and early identification of faults.
