装配式建筑外挂脚手架稳定性有限元分析

摘要 针对装配式建筑外挂脚手架的稳定性问题,文章以某住宅建筑外挂脚手架为例,采用ANSYS 2022R1有限元软件进行建模和分析,阐述了有限元模型的构建过程,包括脚手架的材料属性、结构尺寸和模拟步骤,重点分析了脚手架的三角支座、脚手板和临边防护尺寸对稳定性的影响,同时分析了面荷载和集中荷载对脚手架稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,合理选择脚手架的尺寸和设计参数对保证结构的稳定性至关重要。 In view of the stability problem of the external scaffold of prefabricated building,this paper takes the external scaffold of a residential building as an example,and uses ANSYS 2022R1 finite element software to model and analyze.The construction process of the finite element model is expounded,including the material properties,structural dimensions and simulation steps of the scaffold.The influence of the triangular support,scaffold plate and edge protection size of the scaffold on the stability is analyzed.At the same time,the influence of surface load and concentrated load on the stability of the scaffold is analyzed.The results show that the reasonable selection of the size and design parameters of the scaffold is very important to ensure the stability of the structure.
