餐饮类专业课程思政视角下的线上线下混合式教学实践——以酒水知识与调酒艺术课程为例

摘要 思想政治课程是马克思主义意识形态建设的重要阵地,也是当前高校在进行办学时重要的育人方向。借助线上线下混合式的教育模式,可以发挥信息时代的技术优势,帮助学生在学习专业知识的同时塑造正确的世界观念、人生观念、价值观念和法制观念。本文通过探究课程思政视角下线上线下混合式教学模式的实践方法,在酒水知识与调酒艺术课程教育教学过程中融入思政元素,利用线上线下的混合式教学方法,提高整体的教学效果。 Ideological and political course is an important site for the construction of Marxist ideology,and also an important direction of education in colleges and universities when running schools.With the help of the mixed online and offline education mode,the technological advantages of the information age can be utilized to help students to shape the correct world concepts,life concepts,values and legal concepts while learning professional knowledge.By exploring the practical method of online and offline mixed teaching mode from the perspective of ideological and political courses,this paper integrates ideological and political elements into the education and teaching process of the course of wine knowledge and mixed wine art,and uses the online and offline mixed teaching method to improve the overall teaching effect.
