山西省中小微企业财务管理数字化转型的路径探究

Exploring the Path of Digital Transformation in Financial Management of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanxi Province

随着数字技术的发展成熟和商业化应用的不断拓展,数字化转型不仅成为企业间竞争的关键,而且成为企业高质量发展的引擎。中小微企业作为市场经济主体的重要组成部分,如何找到数字化转型的路径和切入点,是其转型发展面临的重要课题。而财务部门作为中小微企业天然的数据中心,财务管理数字化转型将是企业数字化转型的突破口。但转型升级过程中也面临一些问题和挑战,中小微企业应该科学评估自身发展实际,从转变财务管理工作理念、强化业财深度有机融合、重构财务管理组织体系、健全业财数据治理制度4个角度,大力推动财务管理数字化转型,实现财务管理模式的创新,提升企业价值。

With the development and maturity of digital technology and the continuous expansion of commercial applications,digital transformation has not only become the key to competition among enterprises,but also the engine for high-quality development of enterprises.As an important component of the market economy,how to find the path and entry point for digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises is an important issue they face in their transformation and development.As the natural data center for small and medium-sized enterprises,the financial department's digital transformation in financial management will be the breakthrough point for enterprise digital transformation.However,in the process of transformation and upgrading,small and medium-sized enterprises also face some problems and challenges.They should scientifically evaluate their own development reality,and vigorously promote the digital transformation of financial management from four perspectives:transforming financial management concepts,strengthening the deep organic integration of business and finance,reconstructing financial management organizational systems,and improving the governance system of business and finance data.This will enable innovation in financial management modes and enhance enterprise value.
