摘要
中高职衔接和产教融合是职教圈耳熟能详的概念,有国家政策支持和产业实际需求,但经多年实践,中高职校与企业之间的校企联合培养尚有许多问题需要优化和解决。本文以京东学院为例,以系统观念分析国家经济发展历程、企业当前人才培养困境、中高职衔接中存在的问题,尝试以布鲁纳螺旋式课程等教育学、心理学经典理论为工具,探讨更加有效的联合培养模式。
The integration of middle and higher vocational schools and production and education is a well-known concept in vocational education circles,which enjoys the support of national policies and the actual needs of the industry.However,after years of practice,there are still many problems to be optimized and solved in the school-enterprise joint training between middle vocational schools,high vocational schools and enterprises.This paper tries to take Jingdong College as an example,and analyzes the problems from the national economic development process to the current talent training difficulties of enterprises,and then to the connection between middle and higher vocational schools.This paper also explores a more effective joint training model tries with the classical theories of education and psychology such as Bruna Spiral curriculum as a tool.
