优化教学方式从深化集体备课研究开始——以小学数学备课研究为例

Deepening Research of Collective Lesson Preparation to Optimize Teaching Methods—Taking Mathematics Lesson Preparation Research in Primary School as an Example

摘要 课堂教学是学校教育的主渠道、主阵地,教师备课是保证教学质量的前提。加强集体备课研究是义务教育阶段学校强化教学管理、推进教育优质均衡发展的关键环节。小学数学教师备课要解决“为什么学”“学什么”“学到什么程度”“怎么学、是否学会了、没学会怎么办”等问题。集体备课研究要实现从组织到管理、从形式到内容、从过程到成果的转化,透过课题研究核心问题,透过主题研究课程内容,透过习题研究学习目标,透过问题研究解决策略,透过议题研究物化成果。 Classroom teaching is the main channel and the main position of school education,and teachers’lesson preparation is the prerequisite for ensuring teaching quality.Strengthening collective lesson preparation research is a key in strengthening teaching management and promoting high quality and balanced development of education in schools in compulsory education stage.Primary school math teachers should solve the issues such as“why to learn”“what to learn”“to what extent”“how to learn,whether to master,if not,what to do”and other issues.Collective lesson preparation research should be transformed from organization to management,from form to content,from process to result.Teachers should study core issues through research projects,grasp the curriculum content through the themes,learn about the learning objectives through the exercises,find out the solution strategies through the issues and study the materialization of the results through the design.
