“双减”背景下集体备课探析

摘要 集体备课是改进教学质量的日常项目。提高集体备课效率的关键在于提升教师的学习能力,教师需要以学习者的身份经历遵循学习科学规律设计的教育教学研究活动。集体备课流程可参考课堂教学模式重新设计,即备、教、学、评一体化相对应的集体备课流程。 Collective lesson preparation is a daily program to improve teaching quality.The key to improving the efficiency of collective lesson preparation is to enhance teachers’learning ability.Teachers need to experience educational and teaching research activities which are designed according to the scientific learning principles,thus developing their professional competence as learners.Applying the concept of classroom reform to update the system of collective lesson preparation is conducive to achieving a win-win situation for teachers and schools.
