公共建筑施工过程消防安全管理现状及对策探析

Present situation and countermeasure analysis of fire safety management of high-rise building

随着城市公共建筑数量不断增加、建筑结构逐渐复杂、材料以及施工工艺也不断变革,导致建筑施工过程中火灾隐患不断增多,给公共建筑施工过程中的消防安全管理带来了挑战。为了确保建筑施工中的消防安全,以北京艺术中心为例,分析大型公共建筑在施工过程中的消防安全管理现状,并总结此类建筑施工过程中保证消防安全的对策。

With the continuous increase in the number of urban public buildings,the gradual complexity of building structures,and the constant changes in materials and construction techniques,fire hazards in the construction process of buildings continue to increase,posing challenges to fire safety management in the construction process of public buildings.In order to ensure fire safety during construction,taking Beijing Art Center as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of fire safety management in the construction process of large public buildings,and summarizes the countermeasures to ensure fire safety during the construction process of such buildings.
