Digital delivery and intelligent operation and maintenance management of extra large public buildings

随着BIM技术在设计阶段和施工阶段的应用,大量相关数据随之产生,如何将这些数据交付给建设单位,辅助业主后期的智慧运维,成为数据价值转化的关键。结合北京艺术中心项目,针对实际应用情况进行建筑数字化交付与智慧运维管理研究,提出了建筑行业的数字化交付和运维的可借鉴新思路。

With the application of BIM technology in the design and construction stages,a large amount of related data is generated.How to deliver this data to the construction unit to assist the owner in intelligent operation and maintenance in the later stage has become the key to data value transformation.Based on the urban sub center theater project,this paper conducts research on digital delivery and intelligent operation and maintenance management of buildings in response to practical application situations,and proposes new ideas for digital delivery and operation and maintenance in the construction industry that can be referenced.
